Systems Technician - Delivery

The Role:

As an Systems Technician, you will be a part of a rapidly growing and changing team and, will be able to bring your strengths and passions to work with multiple departments globally to ensure the upmost quality of support to our internal stakeholders.

Job Description:

  • Primarily works with the SalesForce.com platform to load data, set up projects, pull/develop reports and identify opportunities to actively engage leadership
    • Provide proactive and reactive data management support to users through a que system
    • Troubleshoot and correct user issues as they arise
    • Communicate errors made by users in a friendly, helpful manner
    • Create reports and dashboards of metrics for leadership and ad-hoc requests from multiple departments
    • Ensure data is accurate and correct throughout the database
  • Analyze, update and maintain internal database systems and process documentation to increase system adoption and usability
  • Develop, maintain and enhance change management processes, training manuals, processes and procedures for immediate team and the larger organization
  • Works directly with Delivery Systems Manager to assist in enhancing database designs
  • Works with all teams across the organization to integrate systems and processes and monitoring database efficiency
  • Assist in coordinating external regional customer events
  • Host project close-out meetings for Professional Services/Coaching/Training projects

  • Serving as the internal face of System Architecture, ensuring daily needs are being met along with assisting in moving all platforms forward and providing a central point of contact for all change requests and system alterations
  • Ability to bring new processes and ideas to the table and see them implemented with support of management
  • Work across all levels of the customer organization, from C-level executives to the analysts, helping them formulate their strategic roadmap, and ensuring they have the necessary resources to achieve their goals.

The Qualifications:

  • Technical expertise regarding database design and/or knowledge of relational database management systems
    • Salesforce.com administrator or CRM administrator experience a plus
    • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
  • Strong project management, data management, and training and support skill
  • Exceptional communication skills and positive attitude
    • Ability to work effectively and communicate with leadership and colleagues to understand needs and issues with respect to LLamasoft technologies
    • Ability to work effectively with internal departments to resolve issues and pursue new and additional opportunities
  • Ability to think logically through problems and arrive at a proposed solution
    • Utilizing resources and colleagues to ensure success
    • Self-sufficient, ability to be given an idea and run with it
  • Resilient to change and ability to overcome challenges
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks across multiple departments
    • Very detailed oriented but able to work within loose guidelines
    • Understanding how to efficiently prioritize and ask questions if there is uncertainty
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Data analytic role or experience a plus
  • Has a strong desire to help others succeed and able to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives
  • Internally motivated and forward thinking.  Ability to see challenges coming and proactively solve them.
  • College Degree in Analytics, Database Administration, or Business Operations  
  • US Citizen a plus but not required
